Gigabyte 78-LMT USB3 motherboard

I've tried the change power plan (I'm on high performance) and disabled the USB power management.

I do notice in Device Manager that there's always this USB 3.0 controller that gets a yellow exclamation mark. Uninstalling and updating hardware changes doesn't work and then I have to restart my computer to fix but problem now is, my recording software OBS will disconnect my webcam and a bunch of microphones randomly. The lights on both the Yeti and C920 are on but not recognized. Actually, this is also happening on Mac as well so it's hardware related. It started happening about a week ago. I mean a restart will fix it, but then randomly they will disconnect and NOT be able to reconnect. PUnplug and re plugging the USB back in won't fix it.

Any help? My keyboard, mouse, headphones, 8GB USB, phones and WiFi dongle work. I've switched these devices around and only certain devices get broken. Exact same devices on Mac as well so it's not related to drivers on Windows.

Also Device Manager only shows one error and thats the USB 3 one, now the back of my motherboard has 2 USB 3 ports I believe. One for my headset which works, other for my webcam which is glitchy. The USB 3 on my case is by itself so I assume that's the broken port. It works, but my xbox 360 wired controller will get disconnected along with my mic and webcam when they do. I do remember installing the Gigabyte on/off charge, I'll uninstall that and retry. It's the only thing related to the BIOS and with USB so that might be affecting Mac as well. I'll update
