Question USB Devices slow to connect on Boot up

I built my new PC December and everything was working well except for the USB connection time. Every time I boot up my PC, my USB devices would take around 10 seconds to connect. help

Specs:
Ryzen 7 2700x
8x2 Ram DDR4 3000mhz
Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050TI (I am aware of the bottleneck.)
Windows 10
B450 Tomahawk Motherboard
EVGA 600 wat Bronze80+

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

What USB devices are connected? Are they drawing power via the USB port or are the USB devices independently powered?

Open the build and double check that all cables, cards, RAM, jumpers are fully and firmly in place.
