Question USB Disconnecting randomly (When waking up?)

Oh boy here we go

So I've had this issue for over a month now. I have a Asus TUF Z960 Plus Wi-Fi, and the issue is. One in about every 10 times I join a Discord call (Which I assume is waking up the USB device) All of my USB devices disconnect and have to spend another 10 or so seconds reconnecting. After googling "Z690 USB disconnect" I've seen this is a pretty common issue. Although it seems like others have it much more randomly and sporadic than I do. I can basically replicate mine in a few minutes.

I've had people tell me it could be a power delivery issue, or a chipset one, and all kinds of things. One friend even told me I should use all 3 different PCI-E cables for my 3080ti instead of the two that I have, one being a breakout cable. (PSU is RM850x).

Here is what I have tried and what I can gather:

-Updating BIOS
-Updating chipset
-Updating ME
-Installing all drivers on the ASUS page for my mobo
-Reinstalling discord
-Updating wireless headset firmware (Astro A50)
-Trying a powered USB hub, incase it was a power delivery issue
-Having windows power options not use selective USB suspend
-Booted into Ubuntu (Didn't happen there)
-Turning off XMP
-Turning off that AI CPU overclock setting thing in BIOS
-Checking RAM reliability with memtest86

What I plan to try soon:
-Disconnecting my SATA drives and booting from a fresh copy of Windows
-Bashing my head against a table
-Trying a different headset that a friend has

This board has passed it's return date from best buy, but is obviously still under ASUS warranty. I would like to avoid RMA'ing it as it would leave me computerless for awhile and I haven't gotten much time to use it with all of the issues I've had. If it's under warranty will I just be able to return it still? I'm thinking at this point it might be better to get a different type of motherboard. I'd like to do that after I try a fresh Windows install though, as it didn't happen in Ubuntu. I'm also debating whether or not this is actually just a bug, or something that could be fixed in a firmware or chipset update, and I should wait it out or if I should keep working on it. Mobo was like $300 so this feels pretty rough for something my Z87 Mobo could handle for almost 10 years.

Any help would greatly improve my sanity.
