USB Disk Drive Not Showing Up In "Computer"

Hi,

My Seagate Freagent Goflex external hardrive is not being recognized in "Computer" in Windows 8 64 bit. The device is recognized in "Device Manager" and in "Devices and Printers" but simply will not show up in "Computer". The device works on my Mac but will not work on my gaming PC. I have tried it on multiple PCs to no Avail. Any help would be much appreciated.

Windows PCs cannot natively mount Mac file systems.

You would need something like HFS Explorer:

Does the drive appear in Disk Management?
