USB Disk not found in Drive Setup

I'm currently running 2 SSD's in my ASUS UX360UA Laptop and am looking to boot Windows 10 off of a portable USB. The ico. file has properly been burned into the USB by following this tutorial. In the BIOS I've made sure that my USB drive has been given priority but I cannot get the Windows setup looking like how it does in the tutorial. Please help!!

I just tried it and the legacy installation isn't working. All I'm trying to figure out right now is why my drive wasn't being detected before

Edit: I switched to VHD and it's worked like a charm! For anybody reading this forum: please invest in a Windows to Go certified drive or it will run slow even if it's a 3.0 drive.
