USb disk write protection

Hi friends,sometimes when i format usb disk (Pen Drive), there was problem of "Disk Write Protect" and it was not formatted. How can i remove write protection from USB disk?

Some drives have a switch on them to lock it.

I've ran into a problem like that, and could not fix it untill i formatted it, with a USB pen drive tool.

The pen drive may be bad and need replacement.

remove the tab slot in pendrive itself if it is not there than run in safe mode and format it
