Usb does not work! Keyboard , mouse ,flash disk

No usb device working.
Not working on windows and boot menu. Error shown on usb devices on manage and shown as unknown device.
It's fine with ps2 keyboard.

If so, what has changed.

Have you installed the drivers that came on the cd with your motherboard?

Yes it's new problem. No driver for mouse and keyboard available; all driver are installed with driver pack. But driver pack can't install and unknown driver (that's usb) and should connect to web for online search but lan doesn't work and also I can't connect wifi usb dongle. Lan driver installed but an yellow error on lan tell no internet available
I don't know what is this problem. I didn't have like this on other mainboards
