USB doesn't work, stuck on "Power Saver"

Freshly Built PC. The monitor is stuck in Power Saver. In order to get out of it, I need to move the mouse/keyboard, but I can't because the the motherboard won't recognize them? Both the monitor and the keyboard/mouse are fine.

The problem was I didn't have all the motherboard screws in. Seriously, I had 8/9 of them and the whole thing didn't work. So make sure you have them all in AND they're touching the contacts! Those screws are some serious business.
