Usb double click mouse issue

I’ve been having a mouse issue for about two weeks now where my mouse would double click ( Logitech g703) it would sometimes double click so I thought it was the mouse itself so I switch to a different one (steelseries rival 700) and it had the same problem.

All my USB ports on my motherboard do the exact same thing to where my mouse randomly double clicks sometimes when I single click.

Motherboard: msi b250m

Does it happens even if the mouse is the only device connected to the USB ports?
Does it happens in Safe Mode?
I could be that mouse settings have been modified. If it wasn't manually then by a program.
Corrupted mouse drivers could cause double clicks.
