Question USB drive can recover?

And my USB drive shows "USB device not recognised" and "Unknown USB device Set address failed"
There should be some way to recover it, because it's a static thing?
It's USB 3.2 drive. It was cheaper than others in this category. No drivers found yet.
Programs that coulnd't recognise the drive:
Windows
Recuva
Minitool Power Data Recovery
AOMEI P Assist
Last resort: repair service.

Is it still under warranty?

If Windows can't even see it, there is no fix for a physical issue.

I'm returning this drive for a refund then. Next time it's better to pay some extra $, Thanke
