Question USB Drive Capacity Reduced from 64GB to 32GB

Hello,

I've noticed that the size of my USB drive has shrunk from 64GB to 32GB, and I'm uncertain when this occurred.

Here are the steps I've taken so far:

• I attempted to use Disk Management to erase the volume, reformat, etc.
• I utilized DiskPart to clean the disk and repartition the drive.
• I tried using EaseUS Partition Manager, SD Card Formatter, among others.
• I even attempted reformatting it using a Mac.

Despite these efforts, the missing portion of the capacity remains unrecovered. Is there any additional action I can take to resolve this issue?

1)are you sure you have a 64 gb usb?
upload a screenshot of disk management to imgur.com and post the link here
brand and model of this usb drive?

1) Yes, I am sure
2) Unfortunately, in Disk Management, it is shown as 32GB, and there is no other partition to combine with.
3) SanDisk Cruzer Glide 64GB

Okay, I am damn stupid I put blue sticker on my USB stick to determine it is mine in the field and not removed it for several years, and removed it to see serial number, for sure it is 32GB... I am not sure how this info has changed in my mind in the years, but, here we go. Thanks for your time 😀
