[SOLVED] Write-speed of USB pen drive has dropped from what it used to be?

Hi. The thing is I have a USB Drive that I use and it should copy files to it pretty fast, like almost 18MB/s but recently on all my computers in my house it started copying only at 1-2MB/s.

What is going on here? why is this, is this specific drive done for and should I replace it with a new one or is there some remedy for this kind of situation.

Oh the drive is a SanDisk Cruzer Glide 3.0 Device and I have been using it regularly for say the last two years.

Yeah, it was a dead going usb drive, after a couple of days it totally stop working altogether, Got my self four new 32Gb usb's, now copy speed is like it should be.
