Question USB Drive Corrupted?

Hi There, I've recently purchased a usb 3.1 pen drive.
All was good until I tried to make it into a bootable usb using rufus. During the installation, power was cut to the pc. When I restarted the PC, rufus can't access it and neither can I. Chkdsk says: The type of filesystem is RAW.
I used a tool that I found that told me the whole thing is full of "bad sectors" unfortunately it doesn't tell you how to fix it.
I've tried every guide I could find but they all use chkdsk.

Nope. Tried disk manager and it doesn't do anything. Shows up as a removable disk with no media.

If you can see it you should be able to format. if not probably fried.

Nah it's definitely not fried as external tools can read it and see that it just has bad sectors.

Bad sectors == dead enough.
They can't be "fixed".
