USB drive gets recognized, shows in the file explorer but right click on the drive freezes my file explorer.

I tried to attach my usb drive to my pc, it gets detected and windows shows a notification as "there is a problem with this drive, please scan and fix it". When i tap on scan and fix, nothing happens. Also when i right click on that drive, it freezes my explorer. When I remove it, everything gets back to normal.
I am having this problem on every computer I attach this drive.
I tried the disk management thing, but it doesn't open when that drive is attached! It works fine when that usb drive is not connected.
What is happening i dont know. Please help. I tried command prompt and everything! Please help, thank you!

karanstr.ks, try running Seatools with the drive just plugged in and see what the results are. Most likely the drive has gone south.

The software you suggested freezes on "USB: Scanning for supported drive, please wait."

karanstr.ks, this most likely proves the drive is not longer functional. Best to get in contact with the drives support team.
