[SOLVED] USB Drive is RAW and sometimes freezes windows explorer.

So.. I was formatting my 4GB USB Drive and I accidentally turned my PC off while it was formatting because I forgot that it did. Now the Filesystem is "RAW" and once I try to format it, it dosen't load. I waited an hour and it didn't format.
Any fix?

Try to format it in another PC but it looks like that unit has failed
