[SOLVED] USB drive makes sound but doesn't show up when inserted

I copied a mounted driver pack file into a flash drive and started updating drivers and all of a sudden my flash drive stopped responding. when I remove and insert the usb drive again I hear the sound and can read the name in the device manager list but there is nothing in the 'my computer' how can I fix this please

First thing, test it in another computer. This driver pack file you were using, did it come from some 3rd party download site or the vendor of your computer? It could have messed up your USB drivers.
