[SOLVED] USB drive question

Hello, so I was wondering if is safe to clear the USB flash drive that I used to install windows 10 on my pc. I used this drive to install a windows 10 installation media and then put in the key afterwards, but when I look in the USB drive now (after installation), theres still things like boot in there. However, I need to use this flash drive for something else so I need to clear it. If I clear it, will anything on my desktop be messed up such as windows 10? Thank you.
