[SOLVED] USB Drive Ridiculously Slow

So recently my PNY 32GB USB3.0 flash drive has been extremely slow at doing things. I tried to transfer a file only a few kilobytes large and it would take ages (transfer rates about 50 bytes/s). I tried to scan and repair the drive but Windows says nothing is wrong with it. I also tried reformatting it and nothing works. If I disable "Quick Format", it would take hours to do.

One time I tried to plug it in, and it crashed explorer.exe. Another time I just plugged it in and it hard locked my laptop and I had to hold the power button down to get it working again.

This seems to be an isolated issue with just this drive because others work fine and have good speeds. I also don't think it's anything to do with the port itself because the problem occurs regardless of the port I plug it into and other USB drives work normally regardless of the port. Any answers?
