USB drive thinks its a cd rom

I have a 128gb PNY usb flash drive that for some reason when it is plugged in thinks it is a Disk drive if you go into device manager it is under the disk drive section as innostar nand flash usb device and in disk management there is no partition and it cant be ejected I have tried changing drive letters and things like that but I cant format it because it thinks that it needs a disk to format can't return it and it was 60 bucks any help is greatly apreciated

Try to format first, if the windows formating feature doesnt work then try a third-party software. Try a different USB. Then get your motherboard USB drivers off your motherboard's manufacturer's website.
