Usb driver broke

I recently got a pc and tried to get my Xbox controller to work for a game then my usb ports stopped working I think I installed the wrong drivers, is there any way to reset my pc without a keyboard and mouse how about if I buy a new hardrive will that fully reset the pc

Does your KB work in BIOS ? You don't need a new disk, OS can be reinstalled on old one.

I've managed to fix it thanks turned out I overwriten my Bluetooth keyboard drivers
