usb driver not taking

hi i purchased new acer branded system it has a10 5700 codcore processor its preloaded wit win 7 64 bit now i need 32 bit of operating system
I have installed it but, in device manager usb is showing ? mark n I searched in net m not getting any usb driver for it plz can anybody help me

Go to the vendors website and look for available drivers, or, right click on the device in question under Device Manager then click on "Update Driver Software" then select "Search Automatically for Updated Driver Software" in the resulting window. You will need internet connection for the job. Good luck.
