Hi everyone,

I am trying to purchase some USB drives for my father in law, and all the drives that I find currently on eBay only mention that they only support up to windows 8. His operating system in windows 10, is there a particular reason why none of them list that they support windows 10?

Thank you very much.

I have yet to come across a USB Drive (HDD,ODD,Flash/Thumb) That has yet not to work on Windows 10. The reason is because the drivers or software that runs them is SUPER basic and has been around since the days of windows XP (And honestly Windows 10 probably has the same driver as XP does) so that isnt an issues.

Only thing you may have issues with is older hardware like Video cards and Motherboards where the Video card may not meet the minum requirements. I Have installed windows 10 on a 15 year old PC with a better video card of course) and had no issues with any drivers or anything. Only issues was it was super slow XD
