usb extension/switch for car stereo

I've installed a Pioneer AVH-4200NEX. The stereo has 2 usb ports on the back, USB1 and USB2. For those of you familiar with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, for this stereo, in order to use Apple CarPlay you must plug your iPhone into USB1. For Android Auto you must plug your Android into USB2. These USB ports are BEHIND the stereo so you must use extension cables to be able to plug them in without pulling out stereo.

I sketched up some ideas and was wondering if anything like this is available so that I can feed one usb plug into my car that works for both iphone and android? Or if anyone was any other ideas please let me know.

a usb switch to reroute which usb port to use? similar to a kvm switch but for usb?

if that is not a thing maybe someone sells a usb extension with 2 ports? basically 2 usb extensions in one cable sheath?

You mean something like this or this? I see you labeling the ports as Ap or A with a water based acrylic marker to demarcate which port is meant to house the corresponding smartphone.
