Note: i just reinstalled fresh win 10, drivers updates to see if it was a software problem, still there.
Here is the newb question.
How do I find, what USB, is the Problem?
Thank you

Pretty simple.

Your board should be Uefi capable.

Go into the bios, make sure your in advanced mode or settings.

With Asus boards you have a list of all the usb ports and extra Usb headers for adding more usb ports via expansion brackets.

You can disable each Usb port header.

If you look in the bios you should have a listing for up to fourteen usb ports.
Simply disable usb 14. in the bios. or any extra usb ports listed from 1 to 14 that are not in use.
Save the changes before you exit the bios.

And your done. The error message should stop.

hi,
I tried what you said no luck. but if i disabled intel xHCI problem goes away.i think that means no usb3?I was using two usb2 instead of one usb3 for the keyboard corsair k95. I hooked up the key board to one usb3 and after that the k95 never worked again. found a old crap key board to test and found no more problems in the system. how do i test to see if the usb3 is working at 3?
thx
