[SOLVED] USB Fax Modem Issues

USB Fax Modems and MAC OS X El Capitan--

I have a new USR 56k USB Fax Modem set up and running on our server computer. I have shared it on our network and other computers can find the fax modem but can not send faxes from anywhere but server. The error message I get says "Stopped on Sever-Unable to create tiff pages". I am faxing pdf files, and do not get this error message from the server. How do I fix this?

Perhaps check the settings and ensure all of them are PDF. A TIFF file is generally used for large photography printing. What is keeping you from sending the docs via email?
