Question USB file transfer problem

Hello, today I dropped my Samsung Galaxy A21s Android device breaking the screen completely (nothing is visible anymore) but the device still works, I hear notification sounds and it recharges. I would like to backup the photos I have in the phone memory to my Windows 11 PC, but when I go to connect the USB cable from the PC to the phone, it recharges the battery but does not give any options on the screen for transferring files (I tried several USB cables). Since I can't use the phone I have no way to operate on it, is there a way to transfer these files?

You need a phone data cable, all cables are Charge cables, but not all are Data ready.
