usb flash drive error

hello plz help me my kingston 4 gb and now it is 0/0 bytes showing drive is not formate now errorr is there is no disk in drive g insert a disk and then try again when im going to my computer right click and go to menage and then go to disk managment so he show me disk 1 removale h no media and after im going to run strt cmd then he show me no media please if u have any idea the tell me.

This happens when you incorrectly remove the usb flash drive from the pc, the USB gets corrupt and you will not be able to access this drive as it would state that "windows file not recognised", so actuall suggest just getting a new flash drive.
