Question USB Flash Drive files reappear after being deleted

My USB flash drive keeps restoring the same files over and over again.
I can delete them, but the next time i plug the usb the files will have returned
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Sometimes this means that the drive has exceeded its write endurance and cannot zero fill the cells. How old is it?
