Hey, everybody! My mom is having MAJOR issues with her USB flash drive which is several years old. The problem? The flash drive will not mount in Windows. When I use USBDeview, it shows up in there. The properties of the device shown in USBDeview are here:

The device fails to show up in My Computer and Disk Management. When I attempt to open the drive, I get an error message saying that Windows could not open the drive due to an incorrect function. I believe there is a logical error somewhere in the device. I can also look at most of the registry values. Thanks for helping!
