USB Flash Drive Problems

Hi

Whenever I open a documents from my Flash Drive work on it and then save it, there comes the problem where I can not save.

The Folder in the Flash Drive is Read Only, and I tried removing the attributes still the same, I also tried with other Flash Drives it still gives me the same problem

how can I fix this? please help me out?

Try take a backup of the files on the drive then format it using FAT and see if that helps.

Take everything off, format said drive...

There probably is some factory set read only directory... a format should be able to remove it. Shrug
