Question USB Flash Drive Windows 10 Boot

I built a PC and when I downloaded creation media tool and put it into my new pc and selected to boot from it nothing happened and it when back to the boot menu
it says this on the screen

Please select boot device:

P1: Samsung SSD 860 QVO 1tb
P0: ST2000DM008-2FR102
USB Flash Disk 1100

I used a different pc to download Media Creation tool and then I ran it and then i plugged my the usb in can you elaborate more you on what should I do like what is a boot USB and what do I download to boot my pc into Windows 10

Can't boot Windows 10 from USB?
My Windows 10 boot disk is burned by myself,it is made of a USB, plug it into the computer, then start the computer, and set the USB as the first boot device.
Rufus that can be used to create one for Windows 10 computer.
