usb flash drive wont work HELP

so i bought a 32GB flash drive and it was working for a couple of days then i was going to download something on my xbox with it so i had to format it on the xbox and now when i put it into my pc it says the directory name is invalid and the directory name is (d: ) then when i go to view the flash drive and i click on it it says please insert a disk into (d: )

I don't know what the Xbox auto configures to .

Also it works fine on my Xbox just not on my PC.

It sounds like it is formatted as an XBox drive which Windows cannot read.

You will have to format it in Windows as exFAT.
