USB flash drives

I have two USB flash drive's one is 128 and the other is 245 GB I think and when I put video files on them they both delete all the files off of them and I tried to reformatting them and it didn't work can you help me please.it works in all computers it just wont keep the file when I plug it in to my blue-ray player and my cuzzen is having the same problem.

I never saw 100 GB and 200 GB Flash drive? It might be 128 GB.... Tell in detail
