usb flash memory not work in the car

hey friends ,,

i have a usb device (flash memory) 8Giga.

its work in the car
but when i make it bootable for a windows and after that i format it and put some songs
when i put it in the car it give me ERROR and can't work !!

can you give me any solution ?

ok i can't delete this post ,,,
just i found a solution when i format the disk in " FAT32"
