Usb flash stick

I cannot see my usb stick anywhere on my computer but on other computers i can see it. Is not at my computer or device manager. What hell???

Is it in disk management? In the search bar, type diskmgmt.msc. Make sure not to format the drive (it erases all files on the drive)
