Usb game controller

I have a generic usb playstation 2 controller converter. I plug it and it says drivers are not found also I wint to game controllers in the control panel an its nothing there someone please help. Im using vista sp2

You cant just plug in hardware and expect it to understand what all the functions are, you need drivers and since this is a PS2 controller... I imagine it's only for PS2
