USB Gamemon Steering Wheel not working on Windows 8.1

Hey guys, my problem is simple:
I have an old Gamemon Wheel that I would like to use on my gaming PC, on Windows 8.1.
But, whenever I connect it to a USB port, it says: Unknown device, error 43.
I found out that a Windows XP pc recognize it, so the wheel is fine.
My question would be that where can I find the wheel's driver installed on xp and can I just copy them to Win 8.1 to get it working?
I have no driver CD or anything like that, even on the net I could not find one.

It's probably too old to work with 8.1 and if no drivers exist, then you are out of luck and have to buy a newer one to work with the OS you are using.

So there is no way to get it working? Even if I copy somehow the driver files from XP?
