USB Gamepad not working

So. I bought cheap usb pc gamepad and some of them work but when i turn of the analog sticks it keeps going up and in the game and some keep doing it even with the Analog on and i tried everything but nothing worked and there is no possible solution on any forum and i know the problem is on m Laptop Asus S550ln bcuz i tried the gamepad on another pc and it works perfectly

Even tried calibrating into settings of hardware?
What about regedit fix?
Ive done it to my hama, ms , my ps2 original joystick (via adapter), pretty much worked.
After you answer my question ill post link of it if i find it.
