As the title says, i have a GameSir G4S USB Gamepad and when i shut down my PC, the Gamepad remains turned on. My Keyboard and Mouse for example, they do turn off, just like the rest of the PC but not the Gamepad, which remains with the leds and everything turned on. It won't turn off till i unplug it.
My Mobo is an Asus Prime A-320M K and now i was wondering, could there be risks of damaging the Mobo or other components by having this Gamepad turned on and plugged in when my PC is off? Or is it completely normal? Because this Mobo does also have RGB lights and these do ''breathe'' when my PC is shut down too.

Solution
It won't cause any damage.

Modern motherboards have at least one USB port which remains "live" for your convenience after shutdown so you can use it to charge devices like a mobile phone etc. without having the PC running.
