usb gaming headset

hello
i have asus rog maximus ranger vii mobo it has realtek audio software along with other asus softwares like sonic radar , i just need to know if i connect a usb gaming headset can i get the audio enhancement (equalizer ) to work with ,..

Rhere are different kinds of USB headsets:

Headset has only USB: no you can't as it uses it's own soundcard.
Headset has USB + 3,5mm jacks: maybe. Some of them use an USB soundcard, others only use the USB jack for additional power for LED lights, advanced controls, etc. In that case it will use your board's sound chip & softw
