Part list? Does anything move? Do you get a single beep from the motherboard speaker, or a string of them?

Need your system specs. Do you have a gpu if so the video cable needs to be plugged into the gpu not the motherboard. And which usb ports arent working front panel? Or the ones on the back of the motherboards I/O panel?
