Question USB header adapters

Was putting my pc together on PCPP and it gave me 2 warnings on my Asus B550-A ATX motherboard and LianLi Lancool II case saying i need 2 adapters for my usb headers, a USB 2.0 to USB 3.2 Gen 1 header adapter and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 to USB 3.2 Gen 2 header adapter.

I'm scared this'll be a stupid question but am i not able to simply switch the 2 ending up only needing the usb 2.0 header adapter (or simply forgetting that header)?

Might want to pass on the PCPartPicker link for us to give it a once over. To also add, PCPP has been known to make mistakes throwing off newcomers to the industry/hobby.
