USB header parts

I have been looking everywhere for the metal piece in the USB headers and cannot find them anywhere. Anyone know? The reason I am trying to find these is because two of the wires on the USB header somehow broke out of that metal piece. I may have done it on accident when I was putting my new computer together or when I received the case it was like that and I didn't notice. I would also like some suggestions on other ways to fix this, but i still prefer to find those pesky little metal pieces....what are they even called?

I dont really need a USB PCI card, I have a Thermaltake Level 10 case and its the front panel USB port 1 and 2 wire. The end of it that plugs into the motherboard has the messed up wires, so I really just want to fix it....
