USB Headers Not working on Motherboard

Hello, I have a MSI FM2 A55M-E33 motherboard.

I dont know what is wrong with it. i can go into the bios and open the usbs but as soon as i load into windows they dont show up.

I have tried both the front ports and the back ports. Resetting bios but nothing works.

PS I Dont do backups but i should have restore points. But i dont know how to use the repoints

Check the USB connectors at the front of the case. They can disconnect from the PCB near the USB ports at the front of the case

I reinstalled windows and now it works. Apparently I uninstalled some type of thing that windows need for the usbs to work.
