USB Headset - Weird Sound

Hi,

I've been having problems with my USB headset for a while not. A constant sort of tapping sound coming from the headphones whenever sounds are playing on the computer such as Games or YouTube. If nothing is playing in the background then there is no sound. Tried switching from Laptop to PC which made no difference. (Both Windows 10)

Any help would be appreciated, it's driving me crazy.

What particular headset are you using?

I got it a while ago now but I believe I had a slightly older model of this headset:
