Ok so I am not exactly sure as to what is going on but I will explain the king of errors I am getting, and see if you guys can help.
So first off, these errors all start happening at the same time, and after that time are constant and the only way to remove them is to restart the pc (when doing this computer pauses on logging off... indefinitely so I have to hold the power button to ground the board). When the pc restarts all problems disappear, and windows doesn't even recognize that there was a problem. These errors can take a long time to start again, and often come while I am in game using teamspeak software, I havent experienced this while doing anything else.
These are the things it effects, firstly the keyboard, it works normally apart from that when I press the scroll lock, num lock and caps lock the lights to notify whether they are on or not do not change, and will stay in the state the were before the errors started even though they still perform their functions properly for example the caps lock will still toggle caps on and off.
Next is my headset, this one is why this bug is so annoying, for some reason when the errors start the headset works fine in playing back sound, but I cannot use the mic, it wont work in skype, it wont work when I use push to talk on teamspeak.
These are the only noticable errors I have found, mouse is completely unaffected by, it still works fine.
Things I have tried: I have tried updating my usb ports, to no avail, I have tried removing them and reinstalling them, still to no avail. I have tried unplugging all devices and plugging them back in, if I do disconnect any usb devices they fail to setup when re-plugged and completely fail to work.
I greatly appreciate any help you can offer.

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium (64bit)

Monitor(s): BenQ 24" GL2450 (60Hz)
Headset: Planatronics 780 Gamecom Edition (Dolby 7.1 Surround)

Mouse: Razer Deathadder Respawn Edition. (upto 3500dpi)
