USB Hub solution for a wallmounted pc project

I just started working on a Wallmounted PC Project. I've been searching for a hour already a PC Hub that goes from my motherboard slot instead of a usb slot but can't find any.

I need the USB Hub because I don't want to run my mouse/keyboard etc cables to the wallmounted pc, instead I would prefer a cable that runs to my table and there I will have a usb hub with 4 ports.

Does someone have a solution for my problem?

In the end I am going for a usb hub with 4 ports that connects to the motherboard usb port.
I made some researched based on the latency and the difference isn't that big that I will notice it .
