I am using windows 10, transcend USB 32gb 3.0
* When I connected usb to laptop sound is coming but not showing at my computer
*When I try to access this at disk management the usb drive letter is showing something like "G:" but status is "no device" and even I couldn't able to format it from disk management (under computer management).

Please anyone can help me to resolve this issue.
I have tried the following possibilities:

1. Uninstalled at disk management by right clicking on removable disk-> properties -> device -> Uninstall and then restarted the system.
2. Changing name and path at disk management by right clicking on it -> change letter and path

Hey there, Lokesh.

Try the flash drive with a different computer and/or a different device as well, to see if the same thing happens. Unfortunately when flash drives start acting up this way, sometimes that means that they have failed.

Since you are unable to reformat it and changing it's drive letter didn't help at all, you should download its manufacturer's formatting tool (most manufacturers offer such tool for their flash drives and memory cards) and try to format it with it, to see if it fixes things up.
If that doesn't help and if the flash drive is still under warranty, I'd suggest that you try and RMA it by contacting the vendor you got it from or its manufacturer's customer support.

Hope that helps.
