Question USB issues since swapping case ?

I recently swapped my pc case from the DeepCool Mattrex 50 to the Corsair 4000D airflow as I was having cooling issues with the Deepcool. The Corsair case is much better but since swapping I seem to be having issues with my rear USB ports. My keyboard and mouse are lagging out and weird stuttering issues in games. It's like I am lagging but I am not. If I move it to the front USB port it is better but still not 100%. On the old case I had a USB header cable but there is only the USB C cable with the Corsair. My motherboard doesn't have this port. Is my case missing a USB header cable or do I need an adapter to use the rear USB ports properly? Or is there something else going on? Sorry if it is a daft question

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?

Did you try manually reinstalling your chipset drivers, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator ? Assuming that you're on Windows OS.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
CPU cooler: Arctic Freezer A35
Motherboard: ASUS Tuf Gaming B550 Plus wifi
Ram: 16Gb Corsair LPX
SSD/HDD: 2TB SN850
GPU: MSI 3060 ti
PSU: Corsair RM750 80Plus Gold (Almost 1 year old)
Chassis: Now Corsair 4000D Airflow

I've tried, reinstalling drivers, windows update, rolling back GPU driver and I have checked all the cables inside again. I have tried different keyboards and mice but the same in the rear usb ports.

When you moved the motherboard from the old case to the new case, did you observe full ESD handling precautions (earthed antistatic mat, wrist strap and cable, etc). If not, there's a slight chance the chipset responsible for USB has sustained permanent static damage.

To discount this possibility, perform a clean Windows installation on a new SSD to see if the problem is software related, not hardware related. If USB functionality is still impaired, fit a PCIe USB card and stop using the motherboard ports.

Thanks for reply Misgar. I did use an antistatic mat. It is very strange as my usb headset for work is fine so is the webcam in the back ports. It is just the keyboards and mice. I have tried 3 different of both and I still get the weird issues.

I thought that too but i've tried 2 wireless mice and keyboards and wired. My webcam and usb headset work fine in the rear USB ports, it is just the keyboard and mice which is very strange
