Solution Colif May 2, 2020 Try telling it you want to make a DVD. It should download the entire ISO in one hit then. then use Rufus to burn the USB https://www.windowscentral.com/how-create-windows-10-usb-bootable-media-uefi-support might save time too as you only need to dl it once. I wonder how we figure out what error it is. MIght show in event viewer - Custom views/Administration Events
